It is normal to be stressed after a day’s work. As a result, you are going to be tired to meet your friends or do anything else. That won’t be good when it is the weekend because you want to celebrate.

One of the lesser known health benefits to laughter is being able to breathe better. Laughter helps you to provide longer exhalations, which expels the lungs of residual air.
This is then replaced by fresh air which contains a higher level of oxygen. This in turn enriches the blood with the required supplies of oxygen, which some say, is the lifeline of our system.
It would always be a better idea to hang out with those people who have a sense of humor. Being with people who are always in a bad mood will also affect your mood. However, if people around you laugh and make you feel good, then the health benefits, as listed above, are too important to ignore.
